Main Duties & Operational Responsibilities

Officers will conduct daily structured client meetings and physical market visits for both onboarding new high-value relationships and servicing the existing customer base at the branch level. A major focus will center on achieving corporate deposit targets through consistent new-to-bank customer acquisitions to systematically expand the bank's active deposit portfolio, while managing branch liabilities with a deep understanding of client behavior models, seasonal marketplace trends, and macro balance movement.

The operational scope also requires officers to proactively identify potential attrition risks inside active deposit portfolios and take timely, documented remedial actions to effectively retain client account balances over time. By leveraging historical profiling data, selected professionals will design and offer customized liability products and appropriate asset solutions to diverse client sectors, while executing strategic cross-selling lines for consumer assets and verified insurance solutions. Employees must maintain pristine service quality standards across conventional and Islamic banking windows to maximize client retention, resolve daily technical grievances in an amicable and resourceful manner, and manage active tail portfolios by reactivating dormant accounts, promoting digital apps, and deepen tail accounts.

In addition to field sales execution, the role mandates productive participation in periodic mass customer contact drives, market storming activities, and localized promotional campaigns while maintaining, formatting, and presenting various MIS reports, sales pipelines, and business tracking indices as required by senior retail management.
