Candidates applying for the HR Officer position must possess a minimum graduation degree or equivalent qualification from a local or international university, college, or institute that is strictly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. The selected officers will take charge of multifaceted portfolios including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to actively strengthen the HR relationship framework. Appointees will provide day-to-day operational support to the team in performing HR-related Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities, assist in the implementation of strategic HR initiatives/projects, and manage immediate responses to HR queries or requests. Furthermore, maintaining relevant databases, preparing structural analytical reports, and keeping abreast with modern HR practices and market trends as assigned by the supervisor form a major part of the routine deliverables.
Assessment Test & Interview Routine: Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for an assessment test and/or formal panel interview(s). The entire selection cycle follows a strict merit-driven routine.
Employment Terms: The employment will be strictly on a contractual basis for an initial term of three (03) years. This contract may be renewed or extended at the sole discretion of Bank's Management.
