The prestigious DigiSkills.pk 3.0 Training Program, a joint venture powered by Ignite, the Ministry of Information Technology & Telecom (MoITT), and executed by the Virtual University (VU) of Pakistan along with Uraan Pakistan, has officially announced recruitment opportunities. Applications are invited from bright, motivated, and highly qualified individuals on a contractual basis at market-competitive salaries. This project aims to upscale digital skills across Pakistan, and all advertised positions are strictly Lahore-based. The academic wing requires subject specialists to facilitate digital skills training. Lead Coaches (All-inclusive package of Rs. 125,000/-), Senior Coaches (Rs. 100,000/-), and Coaches (Rs. 75,000/-) will be responsible for guiding trainees, managing academic delivery, assessing progress, and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes. Detailed criteria regarding specific domains, technical subjects, and target subjects are available directly on the official DigiSkills job portal.
Offering a monthly package of Rs. 150,000/-, this position targets professionals equipped to handle digital marketing, brand strategy, e-marketing funnels, and public outreach programs for DigiSkills 3.0. Candidates must have relevant experience in expanding digital program enrollments and managing multi-channel campaigns.
The technological infrastructure of the training portal will be driven by these roles. The Principal Software Engineer position offers an elite pay scale of Rs. 200,000/- per month, requiring substantial post-qualification architectural experience. The Software Engineer role carries a monthly package of Rs. 125,000/- for development operations, system design, and platform maintenance routines.
With a monthly package of Rs. 75,000/-, the Hardware Technician will take charge of on-site IT hardware diagnostics, server maintenance support, local networking configurations, and system troubleshooting at the Lahore project base.
Location & Post Rules: All the above-mentioned positions are strictly Lahore-based only. Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post must submit separate applications for each individual position.
Age Limits & Superannuation: The age of superannuation for project staff is set at 60 years maximum.
Experience Parameters: Part-time, honorary, visiting, apprenticeship, and internee experience will not be counted as valid professional experience during the shortlisting process.
Government Employees (NOC): Candidates already serving in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies are strictly required to upload a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer at the time of online submission.
Lump Sum Salary Rules: The project-based salaries are offered on a lump-sum basis (subject to applicable Tax Laws of Pakistan) and come without any additional fringe benefits.
Interview Requisites: No TA/DA will be provided for interviews. Selected candidates must sign an affidavit at the time of interview stating they do not hold dual nationalities and will not maintain any dual employment under any circumstances. Shortlisted individuals must produce a medical fitness certificate from an MS of a Civil/Government Hospital along with a Corona Vaccination Certificate.
