The company is seeking highly qualified, motivated, and result-oriented professionals for leadership and technical roles. All positions are offered on a two-year contract basis, extendable based on performance.

1. Window Takaful Operations

Shariah Compliance Officer (01 Post – Lahore)

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years
• Qualification: Bachelor’s + CIFE/CSAA
• Experience: 3 years in Shariah governance
• Ensure compliance with AAOIFI and SECP Takaful regulations
• Monitor all Islamic insurance operations

2. Policyholder Administration & Support

Lead Policyholders Administration (02 Posts – Lahore)

• Master’s degree (18 years education)
• 5 years experience in insurance or health programs
• Handle policy lifecycle, claims, billing, MOUs

Lead Beneficiary Support (01 Post – Lahore)

• Manage NADRA-based verification systems
• Handle enrollment and public awareness campaigns
• Resolve technical enrollment issues

Lead Contact Centre (01 Post – Lahore)

• Supervise complaint management system
• Coordinate with SECP and PMDU portals
• Ensure timely resolution of complaints

3. Provider Network & Clinical Operations

Lead Provider Empanelment (01 Post – Lahore)

• Hospital network management
• Contract negotiation and provider agreements
• Operational evaluation of hospitals

Lead Provider Operations (01 Post – Lahore)

• MBBS (PMDC recognized)
• Hospital relations and billing dispute resolution
• Ensure quality healthcare service delivery

4. Medical Audits & Claims

Lead Pre-Authorization (01 Post – Lahore)

• Review IPD, OPD, emergency cases
• Verify treatment eligibility
• Approve high-cost treatments

Lead Claims & Settlements (01 Post – Lahore)

• Handle medical claims processing
• Financial reconciliation of hospital bills
• E-claims adjudication

Lead Medical Audits (01 Post – Lahore)

• Fraud detection in medical billing
• AI-based audit monitoring
• Risk assessment and compliance

5. Regional Field Leadership

Provincial Medical Officer (PMO) – 10 Posts

• Locations: Lahore, Sahiwal, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Rawalpindi, Multan, Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Faisalabad, Sargodha
• MBBS + 5 years experience
• Regional healthcare operations management
• Coordination with hospitals and field teams
